Will I have the opportunity to review and suggest modifications to my website prior to launch? Without a doubt. It doesn't go live until you are happy.

Do you design adult websites? No.

What is your Refund/Satisfaction Policy? Our company is very particular about any feedback from the purchasers of our services. If you send us a message informing about an error, any question or just a suggestion, you will receive a fast and competent answer from our technical support team within 24 working hours. As a rule all the majority of problems are solved "on the spot.” Numerous positive reports concerning our specialists and services prove that perfectly well.

We provide a refund of your payment in the following cases:

If you accidentally bought the product more than once for the same URL.
If you intend to cancel your order before start of the service.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests in the following cases:

When a user demands a refund immediately after receiving the service.
When a user informs us about changing his decision to buy the service, saying he is not going to use the service's contents after receiving it.
When reasons which prevent a customer from proper using of the service are stated clearly on our official site. (For example, if the customer requests a refund due to the absence of features which we never claimed to provide and which are not listed in the feature list for the product).

Does WebsitesGiveBack represent or endorse any of the causes listed on the site? Have any of these charities endorsed WebsitesGiveBack? No. We do not represent any charities or endorse any charities, nor do these groups endorse or recommend our company. We do not solicit donations for any charity. We have created a model that allows our clients the option to donate $100 of the cost of their website to the charity of their choice from those listed on our website. These charities are carefully chosen for their excellent reputation and dedication to the causes they support.

Does my business need to be computer-based in order to have a website? Do I need to know about computers? No, you do not need to own a computer or have computers involved in your business in order to have a website. Creating a website is more about being of service to current customers and presenting your business to potential new customers.

My company is in the service industry. Will a website help my business? Most definitely. Statistics state that over 80% of the population who are online from home or office are doing so to research about businesses that provide services or products. Your service-oriented business should provide key information about who you are, what you do and how they can contact you. Online you are open 24hours/7days a week/365 days a year.

Who writes the copy/text for each of the pages on the website? We work together with you on copy and editing; however the client approves the final wording. If major copy writing is desired, the rate is $50 per page.

Are your web design costs to set up a one-time expense? Yes, we only charge one time for the set up design of your website.

What forms of payment do you accept? We accept Visa and Master Card. We also accept PayPal, Checks and Money Orders.

What is the turnaround time for my website? Once you have purchased our website package and completed the website order form, we will contact you within 48 hours or less to review your choices and arrange to receive the pertinent text and images needed to complete your site. We allow you up to 2 weeks to submit this additional information. (The sooner we receive the text and images, the sooner your website will be published.) We then prepare a sample page for your review. (Review ready within 10 business days.) We will convert the approved sample page into an operational website, and upload the site to a temporary location for your complete review. Once you are happy with the final product and sign off, your website will be live within 72 hours or less.

Can you create a logo to go with our web site? Absolutely! This is one of our favorite parts of the job! We’re happy to custom-design your logo and accompanying business materials for a modest charge of $75.00. Just ask us!

Can you help us get listed in Search Engines? We submit your site to all major search engines. We do not provide additional SEO services.
